DZM Client Contract
Drone Zone Media, LLC reserves the right to use this disclosure page as the written contract for all clients that hire Drone Zone Media, LLC for a project. The DZM Client Contract means that when a client hires Drone Zone Media, LLC there is an understanding that the client is responsible for paying the travel expenses, insurance price, and non-refundable payment of 50% of the project price. We also reserve the right to change, or alter our contract agreement without any notice at our full discretion.
Refund Policy
At Drone Zone Media, we want every client to be 100% satisfied, however we understand that sometimes things happen and the client may not feel they received what they were envisioning. If the client feel that Drone Zone Media did not complete the services to what was agreed upon, they need to immediately contact Drone Zone Media via email that they are requesting help. Drone Zone Media will
1) Attempt to rectify the situation (alter the image, change colors, certain positions of pictures, sizes, etc)
2) Talk to the client again about their needs to see if the situation has changed.
3) If the client persists they need a refund, they will be able to receive a refund if the service has not been performed and Drone Zone Media has not taking pictures for the client. In this situation a full refund would be issued immediately.
4) If Drone Zone Media has already traveled to the location, performed the service as agreed upon, rectified any issues with the client, then Drone Zone Media will have to calculate the refund based on the amount of hours worked for the client.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS ***The Travel Expenses are never refundable once travel has been performed. The Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is also never refundable once the drone photography service has been performed. The Drone Insurance purchased for each job is also non-refundable. Ask Drone Zone Media if you need to verify the insurance for any reason.***

Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
Drone Zone Media, LLC requires a non-refundable reservation fee. Due to the nature of our business, we do preparation prior to arriving on-site to conduct our drone services, so we need to be compensated for this amount of time that we prepare for each clients specific job. Travel Expenses
Drone Zone Media, LLC will be traveling to your location for the drone shoot and this will be covered by the total price of our service. However, this travel expense is non-refundable after we have conducted our services. Once we have driven out to the location on the scheduled date and time to conduct the drone footage, the client will be required to pay those travel expenses. If for any reason, the client request return after services are rendered, this travel fee from the overall price will NOT be returned under any circumstances since the travel has already occurred. If you need to cancel a drone service, you must call at least 24 hrs in advance to cancel the service in order not to incur a travel expense.
